Right, so, to start this forum off, I'll post my project thread. I've only recently bought my little 106, however I have played with cars in the past. I had a modded 2005 Ford Focus Zetec which unfortunately died a death in April 2011.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

In between the Focus and now, I had several cars, including two Renaults - A Megane Coupe (T-reg) and a Clio (52-reg). The Megane's Cambelt went and the Clio's tip-tronic gearbox sprang a massive leak, so that's how I've come round to having the little Pug. I've now had it a fortnight, and have a few bits on their way, including a screw-in de-wipering bung for the back window, and a new boot badge with a blue glitter Peugeot lion as the old one is missing.
Anyway, here's a few pictures of the standard 106 as it stands at present.

I'll keep this updated as things change!

Just a quick update for you all!
So yesterday, I bought a pair of Bilstein B4 front shocks and a set of -60mm lowering springs from a guy on 106owners.co.uk for the baby Pug. According to him and from looking at the photo of the shocks, they've never seen the road, which is awesome! I'm looking at going -60mm on the front and -70mm on the rear, so now I'm on the lookout for a set of rear Bilstein shocks to match! Gotta be at the right price though...
Anyway, here's a few pictures:

So, I've purchased a Max Power modding Haynes manual. I'm sure this'll be a shit-tonne of help! It'll be good to have 'proper' advice from professionals, rather than reading up on absolutely everything on the internet (as you can't take anything as read on here).

Anyway, when the weather calms down this week, I'm planning on de-badging the Pug's boot lid, as the ugly Peugeot badges are doing my head in and the smooooove look needs to start appearing!

Saw this on eBay the other week and had to order one, as it made me smile. It's now on my rear window, top right corner.

Still waiting on a few bits, de-wiper bung, dampers & springs, club stickers, boot badge...

Right, so I've received my club stickers that I ordered as a set of samples. Pretty pleased with them, actually! If you have a look in the 'Club Stickers' thread under 'Club Merchandise', you'll see the second design I reckon will be worth a shot.
Anyway, here's some pictures.

So my rear boot badge from Galpin Auto Vinyls arrived in the post today, so I immediately jumped all over it and put it on! While I was at it I de-badged the rear as well... The vinyl sticker around the '106' logo that says Independence was a bitch to get off, took me the best part of 45 minutes!
Here's some pictures.

Little update, the girlfriend has bought me a pair of Vibe Slick 4 13cm speakers to replace the rubbish standard speakers Smile I'm also picking up a set of tinted rear lights tomorrow Smile
I will put up a photo of both new parts once the chargers I have ordered for our laptops have arrived. (The dog destroyed our original chargers)

I have a funny feeling the speakers I bought wont fit - I'm not sure whether the distance between the screw holes is 10cm or 13cm. If they don't fit I'll order the Slick 5's from Car Audio Security as they put them on offer this morning for £25.
In other news I picked up my tinted rears today, will be fitting them tomorrow. Hopefully they're alright! As I said above, I will put pics up when our laptop chargers arrive and I have a computer back - this is all being typed on my iPhone lol.

I was right - the Slick 4's were too small for my doors, so I've ordered a pair of 210w Slick 5's from Car Audio Security for £25 - I paid £35 for the 150w Slick 4's! God bless CAS sales.

Anyway, in other news, I've fitted the tinted rears, and I reckon I'm going to crack out the white spirit, water it down LOADS, and thin the tint a little as it's pretty damn thick.

Here's some photos, and yes, I realise my poor Pug is in desperate need of a sponge-bath. The passenger skirt & door is caked in about half an inch of mud from the trip to collect the rears yesterday.

Tinted rears:

Oh, and I just paid £6.66 on delivery for my Vibe Slick 5 door speakers - this is because they're so hardcore, Satan himself has them in his Peugeot 106. Badman speakers.

So, I got my Vibe Slick 5s in today, and I'm verrrry impressed with the quality - my windows vibrate Razz However, I had to get a different set of screws to mount them with - For some daft reason, Peugeot had pop-riveted the stock speakers onto the doors, making the holes in the door sliiightly too wide for the supplied fixings. Gay.
Anyway, here's some photos.

Don't think so mate, I'll have a look. Think you're better off checking out the 'normal' 106 Haynes though!

Some guy, Adam Galpin, he runs a company called Galpin Auto Vinyls mate. He was doing an offer before the new year, £5 for boot badges. He'll do requests though, and definitely does rocker covers. Smile Google him - he also has an eBay shop.

Also, frustrating news! Evil or Very Mad I have a loose connection in my driver-side door speaker! Can't be arsed to mess about with connections in the snow though... Sad
